白內(nèi)障是全球第一位致盲眼病，目前通過實(shí)施手術(shù)置換人工晶體已經(jīng)成為治療白內(nèi)障的有效手段。然而，后發(fā)性白內(nèi)障（PCO）是白內(nèi)障術(shù)后患者仍然面臨著一個重大問題，現(xiàn)在臨床上還沒有一種有效的方法能防治后發(fā)性白內(nèi)障。愛博諾德公司研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)聯(lián)合國家納米科學(xué)中心王浩研究員、王磊研究員團(tuán)隊(duì)、北京同仁醫(yī)院朱思泉教授、趙陽博士團(tuán)隊(duì)，在北京市科委“生命科學(xué)領(lǐng)域前沿技術(shù)培育專項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目”支持下，充分發(fā)揮“產(chǎn)學(xué)研”各方的優(yōu)勢，在防治PCO課題上取得了重大突破，日前這一研究成果已發(fā)表于在國際材料領(lǐng)域的頂級刊物《Advanced Materials》（SCI影響因子19.79）上。后續(xù)將繼續(xù)通過產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作，加速進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)化，爭取讓這一創(chuàng)新成果早日用于臨床。
本項(xiàng)目首次設(shè)計并開發(fā)了一種利用光熱納米材料進(jìn)行邊緣區(qū)域修飾的人工晶狀體，植入人眼后在近紅外光照射下可殺死白內(nèi)障術(shù)后殘留的晶狀體上皮細(xì)胞，更為重要的是這種區(qū)域納米材料修飾的人工晶狀體具有實(shí)時可控殺死上皮細(xì)胞的功能，并且具有良好的生物兼容性，因此可以有效預(yù)防后發(fā)性白內(nèi)障。
